Founded in 2010, our walking group prides itself on being photographer-friendly. We understand that photography is a key part of many walkers’ experiences, which is why we take a more relaxed approach, with plenty of opportunities to stop for photos.

You don’t need to worry about getting left behind, as our group never strays too far ahead and always waits for members before moving on. Our group’s leisurely pace has also made us a favorite among non-photographers who simply appreciate a more relaxed walking experience. Our group is not suited for those who prefer fast-paced walking.
Walks & Hikes
We welcome anyone who wants to come along on our walks, however, please be aware that, unlike most other walking groups and rambling clubs, we cater to the needs of the photographer and will stop more frequently.
Walks take place most weekends alternating between Saturdays and Sundays. Locations include the Mourne Mountains, Sperrin Mountains, Causeway Coast, Antrim Hills & Glens, and the occasional week or weekends away in other parts of Ireland & UK.
Most of our walks and hikes are easy to moderate difficulty for anyone with average fitness levels and some hiking, rambling or hillwalking experience.
All our walks are rated as follows…
Other Activities & Events
As well as the walks we sometimes host other activities such as camping.
The group also hosts social events such as BBQs, Restaurants & Bars evenings, and we occasionally meet for events of photographic interest such as Air Shows and the Belfast Mela.
